He is the Boss, Petes favourite line is "I employ people who can do their jobs better than I can" annoyingly though he is pretty good at all of our jobs!! after all he ran this company single handed for years.  Pete splits his time between website design and optimisation, office work, staff training, instructing sessions and working on coach education courses. As well he fits in daily runs, walks and cycle sessions!!!  2011 is seeing him finally starting the route towards Level 5 kayak coach. nice one!
