Lesley runs our Outdoor Shop, is a keen Mountain Biker, runner, and member of the Welsh International Curling Team (2007 Mixed European Champions).

On top of all that, Lesley is a level 1 curling coach, a nordic walking coach and also a trainee level 2 paddlesport Coach oh and paddles canoes with a style and flair that is great to see plus she is the quiet controlling force behind everyone. All new ideas are run through Lesley and you get approval or a definate no, but then plenty of great ideas to help you get it better next time.  Our HR boss!!

What do you love most about your job?	Buying lots of shiny things to sell in the shop

What do you do for fun?	Curling, mountain biking, off road running, canoeing, triathlon, skiing, drinking vodka

…climb/walking route, etc?	Tryfan and The Glyders. Spent my 40th birthday up there and it was beautiful.

…book?	Touching the Void for determination. Richard Branson's autobiography for inspiration. Catch 22 just because I made it to the end.

Something not a lot of people know about you:	I have a secret chocolate stash and no-one knows where it is!
Anything else interesting about you?	I've taken off in an aeroplane eight more times than I've landed in one.
