I was part of a guided river trip  last weekend, and wanted to pass on my to Rich Slater for such a fantastic day on the River Tryweryn!

From the meet & greet at the ProAdventure shop right through to the debrief at the end, Rich was a fantastic guide who inspired confidence in all the members of our group.  His tips and advice were invaluable and the way he delivered them were spot-on, as was the banter between all four of us!  It only took a few minutes on the water before it felt we were paddling with a great mate rather than a guide/coach.
