First Aid

A first aid kit is very useful, but without regular training and practice we can panic and forget things. If you have no training or have forgotten your DRABC and your CPR then call our activity centre on 01978 861912 and book on one of our superb REC Outdoor first aid courses to really get up to speed and know how to save your friends and family in an emergency. Don't forget a group shelter and whistle if you are in the outdoors.
